The Communities of Kingsridge and Kingsridge Crossings

Kingsridge and Kingsridge Crossings are two neighborhoods united together as one community. The Kingsridge neighborhoods are located in an unincorporated section of Snohomish County in Washington State approximately 25 miles north of Seattle and just east of the City of Mill Creek.

The neighborhood of Kingsridge (KR1) is located at 148th Street SE and 46th Avenue SE within the Everett zip code of 98208. Kingsridge Crossings (KR2) is located at 148th Street SE and 42nd Dr SE with a second entrance at 44th Dr SE within the Bothell zip code of 98012.

The Kingsridge community consists of 159 homes, 121 in Kingsridge and 38 in Kingsridge Crossings. All together, the communities share approximately 5 acres of common area. Each neighborhood has its own community park with picnic area and play equipment. The communities are governed under one homeowners association: The Kingsridge Community Homeowners Association.
