Wood Gate Entrance to Kingsridge Park
The HOA has approved a wood gate design for personal entrances to Kingsridge Park. Please click on the link below to download instructions and dimensions. Please contact the HOA first BEFORE starting any construction or purchase of materials.
A homeowner desiring to build a personal entrance gate to Kingsridge Park must sign a Indemnity and Maintenance Agreement and record an Easement from the HOA granting right-of-way access across HOA property BEFORE construction can begin.
The homeowner will responsible for all associated recording costs and fees and building costs and materials. The homeowner will be liable for all injuries and accidents associated with the gate. The homeowner will also be responsible to maintain the gate according to the HOA’s requirements and keep it clear of any obstruction.
