Kingsridge Community HOA Board of Directors
The Kingsridge HOA is made up of a minimum of 3, but not more than 9 directors. Elections are held once a year in the spring. Once a new board has been elected, the new board chooses its officers from among its new members. The term length is one year. If a director wishes to continue serving on the board, he or she must be re-elected each year.
The Board of Directors must hold at least 3 meetings throughout the fiscal year. One of those meetings must be held within 30 days of the election.
The current Board of Directors holds a meeting once a month, usually on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the home of the President.
