Annual Dues
Annual Dues are $335 per year per lot.
Annual Dues are due on or before February 1st of each year. Any dues not paid within 30 days after the due date will bear interest of the lesser of 12% annually or the maximum the law will allow. Homeowners will be responsible for any fees or costs associated with collection of dues. The HOA has the right to put a lien on the property.

Special Assessments
Homeowners will have 90 days to pay any special assessment that has been enacted by vote of the homeowners (see Meeting Information).
Payment plans may be set up on a case by case basis where payment of a special assessment in one lump sum may cause undue hardship. Please contact the Board Members.

Current Assessment: NONE
Past Assessment:
1) Assessed in June 1, 2008 in amount of $100. This was used for replacement of Play Structure in KR2, retention pond improvements, few replacement trees KR1. Some homeowners have still not paid this assessment. A lien was filed on those homes that haven't paid dues or the assessment.
2) A Mailbox Assessment of $125.00 was due by February 1, 2006. Some homeowners have still not paid this assessment. A lien was filed on those homes that haven't paid dues or the assessment.
