Dues Invoices have been mailed. 2010 DUES must be received by 02/01/2010
Homeowner dues cover monthly, yearly, and incidental expenses. Monthly expenses include Management Company fees, PUD, Silver Lake Water, any bank fees, website, and landscape maintenance. Yearly expenses include liability insurance, P.O. Box, WA Secretary of State, and sprinkler certification. Incidentals include HOA administration (mailings, election, postage, etc.), meeting location rental, and misc expenses such as a broken sprinkler pipe. Currently, we are building reserves. Our goal is to have at least $200 per house in reserve. If something is needed that the HOA cannot afford a special assessment will be considered.
