*Parking

Please see the Sample Violations link for guidelines on parking your vehicles. Please move your vehicles as appropriate to match the guidelines every night to alleviate vehicles being parked on the street. Please do not park in front of the mailboxes during the day.

*Note to Landlords

Landlords, please send the HOA your mailing address and phone number for emergencies. Also, please include the tenant address and Lot #. The HOA would like to identify and notify owners whose tenants may be violating the CC&Rs or carrying on unlawful activity for the protection of all residents.

*Selling Your Home

For those of you contemplating or actively selling your homes, please make sure that your dues are current and that you pass on the HOA contact information to your buyers. Also, sellers, please contact the HOA when you put your home on the market so that we can be aware that there will be an owner change for the purpose of maintaining correct mailing information.

*Sport Practices in the Park

It has come to the board’s attention that a group is using Kingsridge Park for a formalized sport practice. The group was telling residents to leave the park because it was “closed for practice.” Using the park for your group’s formalized sport practices is not an authorized use of the park. Please be advised that any groups using the park for these purposes will be asked to leave immediately or charged with trespassing. Please contact the Board if you have questions.

*Dog walking in the Neighborhood

It has come to the board’s attention that some dog walkers are not picking up after their dogs. Please be sure to pick up after your dogs. Thank you.
